Citrus Pepper Shrimp
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb. Shrimp
3 SpringCitruss of Green Onion
2 Oranges
1 Lime
1 Lemon
1 Green Pepper (Roughly Chopped)
1 Red Pepper (Roughly Chopped)
½ Yellow Onion (Roughly Chopped)
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
1 Tbs Brown Swerve
1 Tbs Salt Free Cajun Seasoning
1 Tbs Arrow Root Flour
1 Tbs Granulated Chicken Bouillion
1/2 Tbs Sesame Oil
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Ginger Powder * Optional
1 Tsp Garlic Pepper
1 Tsp Parsley
Black Pepper to Taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a small container squeeze juice from Lemon, Lime, and 1 ½ of the Oranges. Set aside until needed.
2. On medium heat add oil to pan, toss in green and red pepper, onion, garlic, and green onions. Allow the seasonings to sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
3. Turn stove down to medium , add shrimp, sesame oil, slices of ½ orange and remaining seasonings and allow it to cook for 5 minutes before slowly stirring in the citrus mix and cover.
4. In small bowl mix arrow root and Soy sauce until slurry forms. Remove pan from heat and slowly stir in soy sauce mix. The sauce will begin to thicken up slowly.
5. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and serve over Cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
