Jerked Butter Shrimp w/ Yellow Cauliflower “Rice”


𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:⁣
2 Tbs Onion powder…..2 Tbs Garlic powder…..2 Tbs Thyme…..2 Tbs Allspice⁣
2 Tsp Cinnamon…..2 Tsp Nutmeg…..1 Tbs Cayenne pepper⁣
2 Tsp Crushed red pepper…..2 Tsp White pepper…..1 Tbsp Ginger powder⁣
2 Tsp Parsley …..2 Tbsp Smoked paprika…..2 Tsp Granulated Chicken Bouillon⁣
2 Tsp Dry Chives…..2 Tbsp Monk Fruit…..2 Tsp Cajun seasoning⁣
Salt and Pepper to taste⁣
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor. Store in Jar for future use.⁣

𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫:⁣
½ Stick of butter…..1 Tbsp Minced garlic…..1 Tbsp Zest of Lime⁣
Melt butter in microwave for 20-30 sec, add ingredients, store in fridge until solid.⁣

𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩: ⁣
1.Peel and Devein 1b of Large shrimp and toss in 2 Tbsp of soy sauce. Generously season shrimp with jerk mix and marinate for 1 hour. ⁣
2.On Medium high heat put half of the butter into a pan once melted add shrimp and let shrimp cook for 3-4 minutes. ⁣
3.Flip shrimp and add remaining butter. Let it cook another 3-4 min or until shrimp is cooked. Garnish with fresh parsley. ⁣

𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞⁣
2 Cups of grated cauliflower..2 Tbs Tumeric..1 Tsp Granulated Chicken Bouillon..1 Tsp Garlic Pepper..1 Tsp Onion Powder…1 Tbs Butter…2 Tsp Parsley⁣

On medium high heat melt butter then add cauliflower rice. After 2-3 minutes add all seasoning. Cook for 5-8 minutes on medium and its done. Enjoy⁣
