Margarita Shrimp Tacos w/ Garlic Jalapeno Sauce
Ingredients:
1lb Deveined Shrimp
1 Jalapeno
2 Limes
Zest of ½ Lime
¼ Cup of Tequila
2 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs Paprika
½ Tbs Onion Powder
1 Tsp Parsley
½ Tsp Cumin
Shredded Purple Cabbage
Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas (4g)
Kosher Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions:
1.Marinate Shrimp in Juice of 2 Limes, Zest of 1 Lime, ½ Chopped Jalapeno, Paprika, Onion Powder, Parsley, Cumin, Salt and Pepper.
2.Allow shrimp to marinate for 20-30 min.Melt Butter in pan on medium high heat and toss in shrimp and jalapeno mix. Don’t add Lime juice. After shrimp begins to turn pink add in tequila, your pan should begin to smoke. DON’T TRIP. It’s the alcohol cooking out.
3.Lower heat and occasionally stir shrimp coating with the buttered Tequila sauce and set aside.Dress Tacos with Shrimp, Purple Cabbage, Cucumber Salsa, Cilantro and top with Garlic Jalapeno Sauce.
𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐉𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞
¼ Cup Avocado Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
½ Tbs Cilantro
½ Jalapeno
Process in Food Processor. Store in Cool Area

Diced Cucumber
Red Chile
Cilantro
Lime Juice
1 Tsp Granulated Swerve
Dice Cucumber and Red Chile then toss in remaining ingredients. Store in Cool Area
