Pineapple Thai Wingz
Dry Seasoning for Chicken:
1 Tbs Garlic powder
1 Tbs Onion powder
1 Tbs Cajun seasoning
1 Tbs Ginger powder
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Salt /Pepper to taste
Mix all dry ingredients together and season chicken generously
Air Fry Chicken on 375 F 20 mins on each side or unitl internal temperature reaches 165F and toss in sauce
Pineapple Thai Sauce:
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Swerve (Adjust as Needed)
1-2 Tbs Ginger Paste
1 Tbs Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp Xantham Gum (Optional)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
On medium heat add pineapple juice and and soy sauce to a sauce pan and cook down for 5-6 minutes or until juice begins to reduce slightly.
Slowly stir in remaining ingredients and allow sauce to continue to simmer on medium low for 10-15.
Take 2 Tbs of Pineapple juice and Xantham gum and create a slurry in a small bowl. Pour in small amounts to the sauce , stirring until the sauce thickens to your liking.
*You can achieve a thicker sauce by continually alowing the sauce to reduce, but if time is a factor this will allow you to achieve it quicker. Keep in mind a little goes a long way with Xantham Gum.
Garnish with sesame seeds, pineapple slices, and green onion. Enjoy
