AM Sunrise Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef Top Round Cubes

1-1/2 Tbs Ground Coffee

1 Tbs. Ancho Chile Powder

1 Tbsp Garlic Butter or Olive Oil

2 Tsp Cumin

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Parsley

1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning

½ Tsp Swerve or preferred sweetener

Juice of ½ Lime

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

1.  Pour all dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Season meat with entire seasoning blend and set aside. *If you’re using a darker roast use 1 Tsp of sweetener*

2. On medium high heat add butter into the pan. Once butter has melted toss in seasoned beef and cook for 6-8 minutes or until beef is cooked through to your liking.

3. Remove from heat, squeeze lime juice over beef and toss until well coated.

4.  Serve with low carb tortilla or lettuce wrap. Dress with Pico de Gallo (See 6 Layer Taco Dip), cilantro, avocado and a fried egg.
