Stuffed Greek Balls

Ingredients:

2 lbs Ground Turkey

3 Cups Baby Spinach (Chopped)

½ Red Onion (Chopped)

6 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese

2 Tbs Oregano

1 Tbs Ground Thyme

1 Tbs Basil

1 Tbs Marjoram

½ Tbs Onion Powder

½ Tbs Garlic Powder

1/2 Tbs Cajun Seasoning

2 Tsp Dill

2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

1 Tsp Nutmeg

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Tsp Mint

1 Tsp Parsley

Black Pepper and Sea Salt to Taste

Olive Oil

Zest of ½ Lemon

Instructions:

1.       Preheat oven to 400

2.       In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together…ALL DRY INGREDIENTS…Yea it’s a lot of em, this I know lol But its all necessary….if I’m going to give you the game, we can’t cut corners.

3.       Add seasoning, onions, spinach, olive oil and feta cheese to ground turkey and mix until well incorporated

4.       Form desired sized meat balls and align on pan. Bake for 20 minutes and broil on high for an additional 5 minutes

5.       Serve with your favorite marinara or tzatziki sauce. On a side note, this seasoning blend works well on any meat… Lamb, chicken, beef, etc You can easily turn some bland chicken breast into a Mediterranean wrap. Give it a try and let me know how you like . Enjoy
