Krabby Patties x Lemon Basil Aioli

Ingredients:

8 oz Lump Crab Meat

¼ Cup Mayonnaise

2-3 Tbs Almond Flour (Helps with binding)

2 Tbs Unsalted Butter

1 Tbs Lemon Zest

½ Tbs Green Onion (Finely Chopped)

2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning or Old Bay Seasoning

2 Tsp Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)

Small Squirt of Dijon Mustard (Whatever a squirt means to you lol)

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1 Egg

Juice of ½ Lemon

Lemon Basil Aioli

¼ cup Mayonnaise

2-3 Tbs Fresh Bail (Chopped)

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

Juice of ½ Lemon

Instructions:

1.  In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for butter, crab and flour. Mix well.

2. Carefully fold in crab meat and almond flour. For best results allow the mix to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before removing and forming crab patties.

3. In a skillet melt 2 tbs of butter on medium heat. Place crab cakes in skillet and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. Serve w/ Lemon Basil aioli and Enjoy.
