Blackberry Thai Ribz


𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐮𝐛:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 Tbs Garlic powder⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 Tbs Onion powder⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 Tbs Cajun seasoning⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 Tbs Ginger powder⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2 Tsp Parsley⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 Tsp Cinnamon⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Salt /Pepper to taste⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
**Depending on how much meat, double/triple up recipe amount**⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Mix all ingredients and generously coat your ribs.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3 Cups Black berries⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
¼ Cup Soy sauce⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1/4 Cup Brown Swerve⁣⁣⁣⁣(Adjust To Liking)
2 Tbs Rice vinegar⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3 Tbsp Garlic chili sauce⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 Tbsp Ginger paste⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1 Tbsp Sesame oil⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1/8 Tsp Xantham gum⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1.On medium heat add blackberries and 1  cup of water to a sauce pan and cook down for 6-8 minutes or until berries are breaking down.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2.Mash berries inside the pan and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Once sauce has cooled press blackberries through mesh strainer and bring back to simmer on medium low heat, sauce will begin to thicken.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3.Slowly stir in remaining ingredients and allow sauce to continue to simmer on low for 20-30 min. Apply to Ribs. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy
