Bacon Praline Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
1 lb Salmon Filet
5 slices of Bacon
6 Tbsp Pecans
3 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
3 Tsp Brown Swerve
1 Tsp Garlic pepper
1 Tsp Onion powder
2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Soy sauce
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When oven reaches desired temperature, cook bacon slices for 6-7 minutes and set aside. The bacon wont be all the way done, but dont sweat it itll cook fully through later on in the process.
2.Combine garlic pepper, onion powder, parsley and 2 Tsp of brown sugar in a bowl and season both sides.
3. Place bacon and pecans in food processor until it has a paste like consistency. Add syrup, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the mix and spread generously across the filets of salmon.
Let your salmon cook for 7-8 minutes and your done. Enjoy
