Mango Shrimp

1 lb Colossal Shrimp (Deveined)

1-2 Tbs Ginger Paste

1 Tbs Mango Habanero Seasoning

1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder

1/2 Tbs Lime Pepper (Optional)

1/2 Tbs Onion Powder

1/2 Tbs Sweetener

1 Ripe Mango (Chopped)

1 Spring of Green Onion

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Garlic & Chili Sesame Oil

  1. Season shrimp with mango habanero seasoning, onion powder, lime pepper, garlic powder and desired amount of salt.

  2. Use a food processor to blend mangos until it reaches a smooth consistency. Add ginger paste, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Continue to blend until your desired consistency is reached.

  3. Taste your marinade and adjust salt if needed. Remove a small amount of the marinade to save to dip shrimp. Allow shrimp to marinate for up to one hour.

  4. Add oil to a skillet on medium heat and cook shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side or until they have cooked through. Garnish with green onion and slices of mango. Serve with a side of Pineapple fried rice and your favorite veggies. enjoy
