Rasta Pasta w/ Island Alfredo Sauce x Jerk Chicken x Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb. Shrimp⁣

2 Boneless Chicken Thighs

1 Cup Heavy Cream

⁣ 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

⁣ ½ Yellow Onion (Chopped)⁣

2 Springs Green Onion (Minced)⁣

Zucchini (Spiraled)⁣

2 Tbs Butter⁣

2 Tbs Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos⁣

2 Tbs Jerk Seasoning⁣

1 Tbs Granulated Chicken Bouillon⁣

½ Tbs Minced Garlic⁣

2 Tsp Cajun seasoning⁣

1 Tsp Ginger Paste or Powder⁣

1 Tsp Garlic Powder⁣

1 Tsp All Spice⁣

1 Tsp Onion Powder⁣

1 Tsp White Pepper or Black Pepper⁣

Juice of 1 Lime⁣

1/2 Tbs Cilantro⁣

Olive Oil

Instructions:

⁣ 1.Season shrimp with lime Juice, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Use for to poke holes in chicken breast. Season Chicken breast with Jerk Seasoning Green Onions, and Soy sauce. Allow Chicken and Shrimp to marinate for at least 30 minutes.⁣ ⁣

2.In large skillet on Medium High heat Olive Oil. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is pink and remove.⁣ ⁣

3.In the same skillet add chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked straight through. Remove chicken and turn stove to medium heat.⁣ ⁣

4.Add Butter to pan. Once its melted add garlic and onions and allow them to sauté until translucent. Stir in Heavy Cream for 3-4 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese. Sauce should begin to thicken.⁣ ⁣ 5.Add Chicken Bouillon, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger, Cajun Seasoning and All Spice to the sauce and lower temperature. Serve over Zucchini and garnish with Cilantro. Enjoy⁣ ⁣
