Surf & Turf Hibachi Dinner

Fried Cauliflower Rice:

16 oz Riced Cauliflower

½ Yellow Onion (chopped)

¼ Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

¼ Cup Peas and Carrots

3 Eggs

2 Tbs Garlic & Herb Butter (Kerrygold)

1 Tbs Crushed Chicken Bouillon

½ Tbs Onion Powder

½ Tbs Garlic Powder

1 Tbs Minced Garlic

1 Tsp White Pepper

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Green Onion

1. Season eggs with salt, pepper and a dash of soy sauce, scramble and set aside

2. On medium heat melt butter and add minced garlic and onion to the pan. Allow them to cook down for 4-5 minutes and add in cauliflower rice.

3.  Add peas and carrots, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and bouillon continuing to stir often for another 3-4 minutes.

4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and eggs and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Garnish with green onions

Siracha Butter Lobster Tail:

2 Lobster Tails

2 Tbs Butter (Softened)

2 Tbs Cajun Seasoning

1 Tbs Siracha

½ Tbs Olive Oil

Chopped Fresh Parsley

Juice of ½ Lemon

1. Season Lobster tails with Cajun seasoning

2. In a bowl combine butter, parsley and siracha. Store in fridge until you’re ready to use.

3. On Medium heat add oil and butter to the pan and once melted squeeze lemon juice in the mixture then add lobster tails, flesh side down, for 2-3 minutes. Flip lobster over and cover pan with top for a few minutes until meat is opaque and shell is red. Be sure to continue basting your tails with siracha butter throughout process.

Sesame Ginger Chicken:

2 Chicken Breast (Chopped)

2 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tbs Brown Swerve or Brown Sugar substitute

2 Tbs Garlic & Herb Butter (Kerrygold)

½ Tbs Chinese 5 Spice

½ Tbs Onion Powder

½ Tbs Garlic Powder

½ Tbs Ginger Powder

3 Tsp Sesame Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

1. Season chicken with all above dry seasonings

2. On medium heat add butter and oil to pan. Allow chicken to sauté and cook until its no longer pink and cooked through completely. About 5-6 minutes.

3. Mix Soy sauce and brown swerve and toss chicken in the mix until well coated for 2-3 additional minutes

Shrimp:

1lb Shrimp

2 Tbs Garlic & Herb Butter (Kerrygold)

½ Tbs Onion Powder

1 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tbs Cajun Seasoning (Optional)

1 Tbs Olive Oil

½ Tbs Parsley

1. Season shrimp with dry seasonings and soy sauce

2. On medium heat add olive oil and melt butter. Add shrimp to your pan and sauté until fully cooked.

Steak:

2 New York Strips (Chopped)

2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbs Garlic & Herb Butter (Kerrygold)

1 Tbs Cajun Seasoning (Optional)

Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Season steak bites with all above seasonings and cook in butter until cooked to your preferred temperature

Vegetables:

2 Zucchini

2 Squash onion

½ Yellow Onion

2 Tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1 Tbs Butter

1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

1. On medium heat, once butter has melted add vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil and toss vegetable for another 2 minutes.

Yum Yum Sauce:

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Tbs Sugar Free Ketchup

2-3 Tsp Chili Oil or 1-2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning (Optional)

Truvia or sweetener of choice to taste

1. Mix all the above ingredients. Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
